You can download it for free from Dell's website here. Once installed you will see that they made the already great Stardock application even better. It is very easy to use and to customize to your individual taste.

It makes running applications even easier as the programs that are already installed on your computer are automatically grouped into groups such as office applications, email and chat, or music.  If they were not added automatically and you would like the program in your dock, you can simpily drag and drop it into the dock.

Dell has put together a demonstration of the application in use on youtube. It provides a better insite on to what the program is capable of doing for you.
