How to Warm Restart Your Windows Computer

Sometimes you need to restart the computer without restarting the BIOS also. This can be done and save a lot of time making the boot up process much faster. Doing a warm boot is easy in both XP and Vista.

All you need to do is hold the shift key before you press the restart button. This will invoke a warm boot without rebooting the BIOS.
